Driving through falling snow is hypnotic, as I was reminded last night on the way home. I also determined that I can get the same effect while out of the car by looking straight up into the falling snow. This does, however, result in a cold and wet face as the snowflakes melt. It's still very pretty, though.
This morning on the way to work, I saw lots of lightly dusted trees, which made for a very pretty drive. Kinda wished I had my camara, except I was driving and couldn't have taken any pictures anyway. Well, except for when the traffic wasn't moving for no apparent reason. This happened often. I still don't know why.

Date: 2004-01-07 08:26 am (UTC)*chuckle* Yes. I sorta figured. Last night was worse, since the snow was seriously screwing with visibility. But, it was fine. :)
Glad you made it safely...
Me, too! Although, generally if I'm aware of things as being dangerous for distraction reasons, I can use my excessively developed control to stay safe. Awareness is usually enough. Also, I'm good at telling if I'm too tired to drive.
