It's the second question that I needed a checkbox versus a radio button for. :) Unexpected contact via any of those media are cause for a resultant mood change.

I said I liked phone the best, but I need to elaborate.
If I'm in a stressed or irritable mood, email is the best because everything else is interrupt-driven. Email I can come back to at a better moment.
But if I won't react to contact as an interruption, phone is best for the extra bandwidth per my answer above.

This is a good point, and true for me as well. But, of course, there's always the option of not answering the phone if in the wrong mood for it! :)

Yeah, this I'm not so good at. I can do it sometimes (as you've seen before), but it's not easy for me to do.
