wispfoxSo tired I'm shakey, and the plane doesn't leave for another 1.5 hours. Traveling west to east really does seem to be much, much harder on me, completely ignoring layover time.
Hopefully I manage any sleep at all on my next flight, since time zone confusion meant I basically got no sleep from MEL to LAX.
At the very least, I hope I'm not some horrible combination of jet lagged and exhausted that I can't sleep tonight even with melatonin (yes, I do sleep with sufficient difficulty that this is a reasonably possibility).
