Woo! I go to pay money and sign a lease tomorrow after work, for a three bedroom place in Woburn, not far from Woburn Center. Space for a roommate _and_ a guest room/office! And two parking spots! *glee*

No laundry in building, but there isn't in my current place, either. (do need to figure out where the nearest one is, though)

And... and! It's an easy walk to a bus which goes to the Wellington stop on the Orange line, and which appears to run similar hours to the subway. And there appears to be no difficulty with parking on the street for guests.

It's all carpeted, but that's alright. I prefer wood, sure, but it's not high on my priority list. And they're going to clean the carpets before I move in, which is good as it smells a bit strongly of animals.

Apartment!

(incidentally, this is why I was so confused by the last place's delays. I had no real reason to expect a delay on a decision!)

A quick trip has been arranged! June 25 & 26. I'll have to nap for a little bit after I get in on the 25th (5:30 am - yuck), but then we should be able to come out and see the new place if that'll work for you.

Whoa. Yeah, I ought to be able to work it such that you can come see the new place. I might still be packing/moving/cleaning stuff in the old place, but that's fine.

I will possibly also have people visiting me, but that also ought to be fine.

Either day better? Saturday or Sunday? I'm possibly going to be coming from Andover, but that's fine.

We won't stay too long to get in your way at the new place. points said Saturday would be our preferred day. We can coordinate by cell phone so that we show up while you're there and not at the old place.

Sounds good. Although, really, going to the new place won't be that big a deal, even if I'm still at the old one.
