wispfoxWeird getting what ought to have been enough sleep - even including the constant, and often intensely frustrating, dreaming and restlessness (and I took melatonin, no less!) - would mean I'd _not_ be tired today. This is, however, not the case. Mostly feeling dazed.

Random self-quote of the day 'I wake up via regularity', in response to my more or less complete incoherence upon arriving at work most mornings.
Indigo Girls' "Ghost" is in my head, most specifically:

Perhaps because that song _is_, although not quite that obsessively, how I feel about the people I've lost. Don't know.
