It is extremly amusing to be having an IRC conversation with a co-worker where I'm typing and he's replying verbally (yes, we sit fairly near each other).

It's funnier yet when his neighbor is actually in the office, and wants to know who he's talking to.

Yes, we do this a lot, but she's usually not around. :)

I used to throw candy over the cube wall at my neighbor. Occasionally I'd miss and it would land on a passerby, who of course had no idea what hit him.

As far as wist, _I_ would probably try to use the word 'wist', although I don't think it actually exists. :)
