Two things!

First - in a week and a day (and a few hours), australian_joe will be in Boston, and either on the way to or at my apartment. *glee* (And I have decided to not go to Firefly the weekend of the 19th, because this month is just too busy already - what with work's insanity - and it'd be good to have time to chill before australian_joe's arrival)

Second! There's some fascinating types of peanut butter out there. I had some of the raspberry/white chocolate peanut butter while in RI yesterday. Too sweet for me, but that's really not that surprising. Also, it was smooth peanut butter, and that's just wrong (but then, it'd be difficult to blend the rasberry and white chocolate in otherwise).

Being an energy channel is _fun_. Yes. And, apparently, I'm good at it!

An awful lot of things make sense with the premise that I am a projective telepath. People understanding me when I only actually get about three words out? Not having to say people's names to get their attention? Me being blocked on words meaning that anyone else paying attention to the conversation _also_ can't find the words? Yeah. I should probably learn control over that - if nothing else, so I can stop blocking everyone else when I'm searching for a word. ;)

Was also entertaining yesterday having one of my sisters comment that she really didn't remember me much growing up. My reply was something about the fact that that was probably because I did a lot of (mostly mental) hiding. Hey, it makes sense to me! That's what my shielding is, mostly... (somebody else's problem field!)

Hey! I wonder if my being a projective telepath also explains my random thing where I invade people's brains? *thinks* No, that doesn't feel right, because I don't think I _do_ anything (beyond finding them interesting) in order to get stuck in their brains. And I'm not actually even sure that my interest in a person is required; it's just that those are the only people whose have _told_ me I haunt their brains. (yes, y'all are interesting. Dude. Why would I seek out people who _aren't_ interesting to me?!)
