In Georgia,
there's kittens in desperate need of fostering.
And, more local to me (Boston area), there's an utterly
gorgeous cat looking for a home. Apparently this cat followed someone into her home last night, is very sweet and friendly, and recently lost or abandoned. The person who the cat followed tried putting the cat out with a collar with her phone number, hoping an owner would find it. Today, the cat was getting in the way of the construction workers outside, so the cat is in her room. Said cat can't stay there for more than a day because of the rat/bunnies, though. The woman who found the cat is not very familiar with cat rescue stuff (nor am I), but can be contacted at young @ media.mit.edu - anyone?
(If I didn't have a cat who was strongly anti-most other cats, _I_ might take this cat)
