Apr. 8th, 2004 08:59 amSelf, when the headache you went to sleep with wakes you up with such pain as to make you slightly nauseated, it is _not_ a good idea to then take painkillers without also eating something. Seriously. Yes, the painkillers helped, but you didn't keep them _down_ very long.
Meh. I don't remember being unable to keep down painkillers before. Of course, I also don't remember ever trying to take them on an empty stomach. This happened with the first perscription that I was given last year for the kidney stone pain, too (except that _that_ didn't actually dull the pain first).
On the plus side, no headache this morning! And I was up and out of the house before 8am! *pleased*
