Before I run home!

I really want a tactile and gustatorial fractal, with different sensations depending on the shape and color! Even better if there can be varying emotional flavorrs thrown in.

Want!

[edit: Or! Musical fractals!!!!!]

I'm still impressed that gustatorial is a real word.

So out of curiosity, is that a fancy way of looking for people to join you for dinner, or did you just have that image pop into your head?

(Alas, after my rough home-sysadmin night/morning, I'm not fit dinner company, and anyway I need to get home to call Dreaming. But I am feeling awfully fractal.)

I am pleased to be the first to tell you that musical fractals exist! Check this (http://www.solorb.com/fracmus/), for example...or this! (http://fractals.iut.u-bordeaux1.fr/sci-faq/music.html)
Enjoy!

Mmm, tasty fractals

Sort of like a crab canon within a crab canon within a crab canon, but filled with lobsters stuffed with shrimp and such?

Damn, now I need sushi.

Which generally yields an emotional flavor of "mmm, sushi" followed by a fish-induced coma.

Hmm.

Oh, right, I haven't actually "met" you. I just stumbled in here and saw a tactile, gustatorial fractile conversation and couldn't resist it. And then, clicking about, found the rest of your blog full of cool things to click on.

So I just added you. Hope that's ok with you. If not, just say so, and I shall sulk. And then defriend you.

Shiny things to click on!

No, I don't mind you adding me. Indeed, your blog was entertaining enough (and infrequent enough to not overwhelm me) that I added you back.

Sushi fractals? Hmm... that sounds interesting!

Me, too!

I thought I'd made it up. :)

The latter. I'm much more upfront about dinner inviting. :) I'm all fractal obsessed!

Also, I had a guest over last night. :)

By the way, I stand by what I said about ferns being fractalesque (http://www.home.aone.net.au/byzantium/ferns/fractal.html) :)

Oh my *goodness*. So nifty!

But it doesn't seem to let you both listen *and* look. Which is sorta what I wanted. Hmm...

Yes! I think my reply was something along the lines of 'yes, but'.

They're fractals, but as you could see from the fractal links I posted, not so much illustrating the things about fractals I like. Randomness and color variety, mostly. :)

If you ever change the subtitle of your journal, A three dimensional multi coloured strange attractor might be a good choice :)

*whine*

It *doesn't* *fit*! Too long.

And I even removed the initial 'A' and the extraneous 'u' in 'colour', since it's spelled correctly either way, here.

It's *one* *letter* too long.

*grumbles*

Oh, wow. No.

I apparently completely misplaced the 3-D part of that description. Even with being able to make it '3-D', I'm actually 5 letters too long. If I include the 3-D part. :)

There must be a shorter synonym for multicoloured. (I love spending time and energy on silliness like this)

'Sok. I realized that the problem was that I had tried to cut-paste including a carriage return. So the 3-d part *was* in there, and could be shrunk. Yay!

Hooray! I'll be looking for this in the next mathematical dictionary I buy:

shnozzberry tirt: (n) A 3-D, multi-coloured, strange attractor.

Cool! Glad you find my blog entertaining. It is a bit infrequent, though. I'd update more often, but I tend to get writer's blog.

And I need a good blog to blog about.

I wonder if bloggy biscuits are Atkins-approved. I tend to doubt it.

I'm ordinarily leery of accepting snacky things over the web anyway. You know, I'm trying to maintain my shinyblogs figure, which is, these days, a bit more roundy than shiny. Granted, it does have to be a bit more roundy than shiny from time to time, to contain all that raw shinyblogs cybermachismo I've got, but, still, sometimes I wonder that, if my figure gets too round, it'll affect the earth's gravitational pull on the rest of the universe, and suddenly the sun will start revolving around the earth, instead of the other way round, and the Catholic Church will suddenly have been right about something. And that'd just freak me out. Because, you know, if the Catholic Church was right about anything, there'd be a lot more people in hell. In which case, I'd've expected to have gotten a "wish you were here" postcard by now.

But, even leaving religious overtones aside, I generally avoid treats from wispy girls on pure self-preservational grounds. Because, you know, I do have a healthy case of beautyphobia (http://snipurl.com/beautyphobia), which causes me to eschew chewing on the deliciousnesses proffered by the ultra-babelicious.

So I rarely accept, say, cookies. (Although, from time to time, I will sneak a cookie from a webcam model. Because, you know, it's a pretty good bet that a webcam model's cookie will be low in calories. And it's hard to be that frightened by a camgirl when you're separated by 30 gallons of lubricant (http://snipurl.com/lubricant).)

But I do sort of want a bloggy biscuit now. I'll bet bloggy biscuits are great for dipping in coffee.

First sushi, then biscuits. You're just a caloric temptress, you are.

You know, ljmatch (http://www.ljmatch.com), which I feel dirty admitting I joined a couple days ago (even after that 30-gallons-of-lubricant link), really ought to have a "culinary compatibility" rating system.

Mmm. Bloggy biscuits.

But, can one _eat_ a biscuit meant for a blog, being that blogs are entirely made up of bits and bytes and such?

Electronic biscuits! (and they must also have no calories, being electronic, and non-digestable)

(cannibalistic model-types? Sheesh, now *I* am going to be afraid to talk to beautiful women. I don't _want_ to be emergency food rations!)

The emergency food rations concern is an issue. I mean, there's a real risk that a PCVM might look at your Feb. 16 post (http://www.livejournal.com/users/wispfox/144991.html#cutid1) and say "Mmm. Yummy." (In contrast to a true practitioner of woohoodoh (http://snipurl.com/woohoodoh), who would say "thproing! (http://www.livejournal.com/users/vivnsect/59507.html?thread=662643#t662643)"

I s'pose you could fend them off with that fan. Pesky view-obscuring fan. Bad fan, no bosoms.

Heh! It's a _good_ fan - although a horrible tease, of course. Not sharp, though - not much good against people who are hungry...

(and my gods, do you remember _everything_ you've written? I'm so impressed...)
