wispfoxLast night was _good_, socially, even considering that I was so damn tired/over-social that I took a nap between work and visiting. I really do need to visit this particular couple more often. Besides, every time I see them together, I melt from glee at the cuteness that is them!
Am thinking that I might need to attempt to find the balance point for myself in regards to caffeine, at least in the wintertime. It really does have a significant positive effect on both mood and energy for me. But I don't want to be jittery, and I don't want to develop an addiction. So I investigate. (I also don't want to be having some in the evenings, because still being awake at 1:30am is bad. But the bit of tiramisu I had last night was tasty, and I had much better energy levels afterwards!)
