I used to do that. Coping mechanisms are a Good Thing... except that now it drives me crazy when other people do that. :/

Huh! See, I usually can control it. It's why I have my Palm (to write myself reminders of what needs to happen). But, if tired or there are too many things I want to do, I can get *really* distractable.
