Yes. It's quite chilly out. (this link appears to not want to let me look at a specific date, rather than today, so it won't be the same tomorrow) And *still* the Australian import in my office isn't wearing a coat. I'm starting to think he's really an andriod. :)

And yesterday's Foxtrot amused me.

In restricted areas, yes. Not generally legal in public.
