Anything specific I should be doing other than leaving the sunroof cracked and not putting in my sun reflecting thingy to let the heat help dry it out?
Not sure. Parking it in the sun with all windows and doors open sounds like the way to go. Your floor mats are probably removable; if there's standing water obviously get that out; and you might want to buy some Febreze or a more hypoallergenic such thing and give a very gentle squirt.
You may also want to experiment with tilting the seats all the way back as the bit in the hinge may not dry well.
Can't really leave the doors open, as I'm working.
But when I went out there to crack the windows (I'd only cracked the sunroof), the seats were nearly dry (except the bit that tilting the seats back should help with, so I did that).
Forgot to check the mats, but can move them when I leave and let them dry if needed while driving.
I _think_ I intentionally purchased this car with everything such that it's harder to stain or mold, and easier to clean and dry. But I can't remember.

Why Febreeze?
