Florida! Still!

Apparently, even though we're getting lots and lots of rain, it doesn't count unless it rains a lot on Lake Okeechobee. It's basically a huge puddle - I think it's 15 feet at its deepest - and it makes up most of the fresh water in the state. So, even though we're just as constantly damp as you guys, until Lake Okeechobee gets deeper (it lost some depth due to a lack of rain), we're technically in a drought.
