Ok, yes. Happy that it's no longer mid-winter as far as my SAD goes. But I would _really_ like to not have my emotional state be so volatile. Normal, yes, I know. But goddamn irritating!

Sympathy and agreement here! My average days between crying most of the year: around 40. My average days between crying Feb-March-April and November: around 4.
