Yes. Many religions state that God is love; many state either that God indwells within us or more simply that we are God; current usage in my local area vociferously insists that love is a verb. Therefore you are a verb.

Wait, don't I have to believe in the initial premise of a God in order to be a verb, then?

Not that I disagree that love is in us all as well as a verb. That might be sufficient for me to be a verb. ;)
