Because I foolishly noted that I ever have adult content in my journal, and picked that in the strange new settings (http://www.livejournal.com/manage/settings/). But, since I do not _always_ have such, I've change back to none so as to not make everyone explain their age to read my journal.
After getting the warning, I went and added a year to the birthday in my LJ settings, and the problem seems to have gone away. I was mostly asking what the "adult" content in this post was, as I was not sure if this was something wispfox had set, or something LJ was flagging incorrectly.
She'd set her journal as "sometimes contains adult content" (or something roughly like that) and so any unlocked post apparently pings the user to confirm that they want to see some potentially adult content.
