Ok, so I have a _nasty_ head cold which keeps threatening to sneak into my lungs (and thus last for two weeks longer than it otherwise would). (so now I'm all indecisive about going into work for two days of meetings, because on one hand I want to be _at_ the damn meeting, but I don't really want to get that entire team sick by being stick in a room with me and my head cold for two days)

The part which is amusing me is that, firstly, I'm very slightly feverish. So I'm even more easily amused than usual. But the other part is that my sore throat makes my voice sound all weird and deeper than usual. So even though my throat hurts, I'm constantly tempted to sing with my music or talk to myself because I sound _weird_. My poor throat.

And I had to take cold/flu stuff to sleep last night, too.

(yes, salt water gargling is happening. So are anti-sick pills)

On the plus side, my wrists are more or less happy again, such that I ought to be able to do strength work tonight. Yay!

Doot, doot, doot! *vaguely feverish wispfox goes back to trying to work*

I've had a bad summer cold here down under, and yes, it got to my lungs, yes I have bronchitis...take care of yourself!

Yeah, it's gotten to my lungs. This does not _usually_ mean bronchitis for me, just that I cough for weeks until my lungs are clean again.

I hope you recover quickly from your bronchitis, though!

This might sound odd, but if you really want to be at those meetings you might consider wearing a face mask. Wash your hands well, put on the face mask, wash your hands again, and you'll probably be spreading less germs than the healthy people.
