Funny; I had startlingly long conversations with the three family members who called to wish me a happy birthday (apparently I was feeling chatty). Something like 45 minutes-1.5 hours with each of them. Weird.

My younger brother seems to think that I should be celebrating my birth week, month, or possibly my due date (12 weeks early, donchaknow), rather than just the day (or, in this case, the Saturday after the day). He was also claiming that my saying this would confuse people, but I was pretty sure that the lot of you would be perfectly fine with such a concept. Apparently none of _his_ friends fail to be confused by him suggesting similar things. :)

This year, I accidentally managed to stretch my birthday celebrations over a couple of weeks, and it was awesome! I highly recommend it. (But then, I'd probably highly recommend basically anything that means awesome stuff

K wants a birthday week, which we have tried this year with some success.

She also wants to claim the same day of each month as a birthday. 8-)

She really likes birthdays!
