Doing better. Still fragile-feeling and overly sensitive in certain areas of conversation, but 'I have no idea how to handle completely new situations' is no longer fucking with my head.

I feel a bit like I've been holding my breath for days, and that I can breathe again. That is a very, very strange descriptor, and yet it's very apt.

And no, I'm not explaining. If you need to know, you already do.
