I have had a low-to-mid-grade headache for a week now. I do not know why.

It's not a migraine, as migraine meds did nothing.

Going to try decongestants tonight. Or maybe a non-anti-inflamatory painfullerpainkiller. (edit: Interesting typo, that!)

Stupid headache.

Dehydration; possibly. Checking by increasing water intake.

Make sure to balance it with salt and electrolytes as needed. I've had days where I pounded water for hours before realizing I was actually low on salt.

Painfuller? :(

When I have a sinus headache, I can sometimes feel the pressure if I push on my cheekbones . . . but not always. I hope you can figure out what it is and banish it.

The pain is in the right places for sinuses, but I rarely actually _have_ purely sinus problems (usually they are my weird version of a migraine). And pressing makes no difference in pain.

I think a doctor has to confirm it. Kinda by definition this is a tricky one to diagnose as distinct from other similar problems, because the symptoms closely resemble lots of other things.
