So... [livejournal.com profile] jasra lost her job yesterday.

This is good, in that her job was evil and making me (along with many others) very worried for her.

But it's bad for the suddenness.

And neutral because she gets to trade one significant stress for another.

And neutral because it means she needs to start looking for another job pretty much immediately.

So, if anyone in the greater Boston area knows of any project management/lead-type work w/a side of development openings, please let one of us know.

HmmmMMMmmmm. Let me check out what's going on where I work. We're trying to sell the idea of "you need more technically competant project managers" around my co (a non-profit) and I'm not sure if we have anyone buying yet.

We do have one *part time* position (60%), for a web production person with multi-media skills and good writing skills, for which all other web tech stuff is considered a happy bonus. Also, any background in teaching and/or science is strongly preferred. (Recommended: ability to handle working closely with potentially difficult "visionary" types.)

I've emailed a pointer to the position. You don't want to send your resume to me, I'm the wrong person; you want to follow the instructions on the posting. Let me know if you don't get it.
