It is _really_ difficult to find anything to eat with no fat in it. Seriously. And, unfortunately, fat is much of what prevents me from constantly feeling hungry (something I already knew).
Today's appointment indicated that I need to take care of fairly nasty constipation, first, and because of the long weekend, I won't be able to see the doctor again until Tuesday. In the meantime, anyone who sees me ought to expect me to be complaining about being fucking _HUNGRY_. (but if it's that or severe pain, I'll take the hungry) And this time, I will at least know that I need to not eat for 8 hours before the appointment, so an ultrasound of my gallbladder is possible.
And tonight, I go shopping to see what else I can find that is no fat, reasonably tasty, and might at least help prevent me from my current state of intense boredom with my available food options. (yes, I really do need no fat; oatmeal is fairly low fat, and made last night quite unpleasant)
Goddamn evil body.
