-A cat climbing into my lap who is a bit too big for my lap, in order to distract me from the computer and get petting.
-Eating nachos with melted cheese on them without my hands, to save my hands for other uses.
-Eating a long, chocolate-filled cookie (a Pepperidge Farm's Pirouette) without my hands because I'm petting a cat and saving my hands.

(the latter two are also apparently very amusing to onlookers, according to jasra)

I think you may have invented a new party game. Bonus points for doing it in teams, with one team member holding the bowl in their lap...
