I am _intensely_ tired of this stupid cold. Thought I was getting better, but I backslid some yesterday.

And of being tired. And daylight savings did _NOT_ help.

And this week is looking to be pretty busy, which may be problematic from the perspective of me recovering from this damn cold. Thankfully I have absolutely nothing planned this coming weekend.

Gra. Hate everything/one at the moment. Ought to make work today interesting... but at least today is my work from home day.

Hmm. Perhaps I ought to not have stopped SAM-e (I take it for winter depression) the day before daylight savings started, and when I'm sick... will wait until mid-April, instead, I think.

[edit] Also? Three day headaches _REALLY_ piss me off. Especially when they are unfriendly and completely ignore ibuprofen.

[edit again] Seriously, this mood is totally a February mood. Except, well, not February. I keep yelling at my demanding cat to shut _UP_ already. I want to more often that I say it, though...

You're not the only one with this opinion...

and I did try other things. No luck.

I'm nearly certain that it was an exhaustion headache (I get those), and the fact that I'm less exhausted today and it's _gone_ suggests I was correct. Those rarely are helped by headache meds.

Glad it's gone. Again speaking purely unscientifically it seems to me that when this happens to me it's made worse by dehydration. If I remember to drink enough water even when exhausted the symptoms are much less.

Hmm.

I don't remember if I've noticed that this is the case. I tend to be fairly aware of water and drinking enough, having had two kidney stones, but it's much harder to be aware of much of anything when intensely ill, and when headachy. So not sure.

Will attempt to notice, next time. :)
