Dude, phage therapy is such a cool idea! It's a damn shame some folks back in the day selling it like snake oil has kept us from pursuing it more seriously. Hopefully some people over on this side of the planet will take a good hard look at that Georgian research and at least determine if it's meritous enough to pursue on our own, if not take it at face value.

HaHa! I knew that drinking directly from the grate outside my house (with a straw - a big, thick straw that is also a swirly one, remember those? I love those) wouldn't be as bad as all those people said it would. It's good for me! It will save my life. So that when the Plague comes, I'll be the only survivor, because I was drinking sewage all along and then there won't be any people anymore and that will be sad but it will mean that there won't be any more sewage for me to drink which will mean that I'll eventually die, too, it will just be a little later and oh god I've been drinking sewage!

I have to go make throwup now. Ew.

I avoid antibiotics whenever possible.
I figure if I can cure myself with tea and garlic, then my immune system will be better for it. Hense, I'm rarely sick enough to need a doctor and I generally only have something bad enough to warrent antibiotics once ever few years, or more if I'm lucky.

As do I, yes. I rarely need them, though, which helps. :)

How do you treat things with tea and garlic that might otherwise need antibiotics?

The second article is virtually identical to the premis for the book "Darwins Radio".
