You know how I was talking about how sometimes sinus headache symptoms are actually migraines?
Well, based on the two day headache I had until ~30 minutes ago, which started acting like sinus problems today, and the results of taking the sample migraine meds my doctor gave me, that appears to be what happens with me.
Annoyingly, the meds appear to have a similar effect on my muscles (and joints, possibly, as my hands hurt, now) as alcohol does (initially, burning, then aching). This is highly unpleasant, but is better than the headache was.
Next, I check if OTC meds are sufficient, or if I'm going to need a perscription.
But now, to sleep. And _without_ the headache I had last night.
Interesting. I have _always_ had an inordinate number of headaches, although I had fewer after leaving my parents' home. I wonder how many more of those were migraines than I thought? (I knew I had some while living at my parents' home)
Damn, my muscles ache. Odd that the migraine meds have a similar effect on them as alcohol, though... (it's not just that I dislike the taste of alcohol! ;)
Sleep. Sleep will help ignore the achyness.
