Ok, so I tend to not be able to draw things from inside my head, but this game, link found on [livejournal.com profile] theferrett's journal, looks fascinating.

I'm both afraid of and curious about what kinds of cards would be created!

I love that description. It sounds like with the right people it would be a very fun game!

I love games with player-made cards! They are usually better than mass-market ones. [livejournal.com profile] rigel had an SO make her a version of Apples to Apples once that was much funnier tha the original. Back in college I made a version of Once upon a Time (a fairy-tale storytelling game that we played a lot at the Science Fiction Society meetings); I found that shuffling in cards from other games invariably made the story more coherent (real fairy tales are pretty dreamlike).
