Ok, so I tend to not be able to draw things from inside my head, but this game, link found on theferrett's journal, looks fascinating.

I'm both afraid of and curious about what kinds of cards would be created!

I love games with player-made cards! They are usually better than mass-market ones. rigel had an SO make her a version of Apples to Apples once that was much funnier tha the original. Back in college I made a version of Once upon a Time (a fairy-tale storytelling game that we played a lot at the Science Fiction Society meetings); I found that shuffling in cards from other games invariably made the story more coherent (real fairy tales are pretty dreamlike).
