Um... so, the fact that I say 'spice' instead of 'spouses' has caused the most entertaining reactions. Ehem.

(of course, the fact that I apparently refuse to say 'spouse' when there's no need actual reason for it to be plural is also... interesting)

*nod* Oh, I muchly like that plural.

It's just that every so often I am reminded of how poor I am at keeping up any pretence at normalcy if I am interacting with people with whom I am sufficiently comfortable.

The fact that I'm far less careful to keep work and social lives separate at my current job is reminding me of this fact. :)
