All though University, I napped from 2pm until 3:30pm. Daily. And it's not just napping - it's dead asleep kind of sleeping.

I still miss my naps.

One thing that I have learned is that I sleep best when I can get in multiple of 90 minutes of sleep. 2 hours would have been too much (unless 30 of those minutes wasn't really sleeping, but resting).
