Today's Astronomy Picture of the Day is gorgeous.

I don't remember where I saw this, but a woman was refused a divorce because she's pregnant by a man who is not her husband. *grumble*

Gah on a pogo stick! That judge should be ashamed of himself, refusing a divorce for personal rather than legal reasons. His job is to uphold the law, not pass moral judgements on people. If he wanted to do that, I hear the Catholic church is looking for a few good non-pedohiles. . .

I saw something about that on the news. It makes my stomach turn! They cant uphold that crap. They just can't!

The light from that galaxy started on its ways about five million years before the dinosaurs went toes-up, and it's relatively close to us....
