So, the kidney stone does appear to have passed, as the remaining pain is not _nearly_ as severe as it was - feels kinda like a muscle ache - and is probably just the fact that my urinary tract needs to heal.

Also, I slept reasonably. Finally. For ~10 hours (minus 3-ish awakenings to use the bathroom). Fair amount of dreaming, but it felt reasonable for the amount of time I was sleeping. Still need to reschedule the intended appointment with my doctor about this, of course. But, sleeping good! Still tired, but it's not immensely painful, as it has been for over a week! Will likely nap a bunch today.

I'm attempting to see how my body will react to me eating somewhat more normally today. Eating intensely bland food (remember, stomach bug two days ago) yesterday was... tedious. And made it intensely difficult to convince myself to eat as often as I should have been.

Sheesh. What a week!

[edit: Interestingly, the passing of _this_ stone was much, much faster than the last. Then again, there were multiple times last time when the pain stopped for a while, and I thought it had passed but had not yet. That did not happen this time]
