[travel] So many road-tripping people!

I fascinatedly watch the three sets of people on my friends list who are planning cross-country trips in order to move themselves to their respective opposite coasts.

I will be picking y'all's brains in ~3 years, probably.

Mmm. Brains....

2 sets are going to the west coast, one set is coming to the east coast.

It was. Then after I posted my wish I thought it was rather selfish wishing that all the nifty people would come to where I was. Then I thought that _that_ was rather vain, assuming that I was nifty (or whatever) and that the people I had on my friends list were nifty and by assuming my friends were like me and liked nifty people too and therefore via niftiness transitivity thinking that the unknown people on your list were nifty too.

And of course _that_ is sillily overgeneralising in all sorts of ways.

you should confuse everyone and move the North coast. I hear they have lovely surf on the Dakotas... Can you imagine surfing buffalo?

Would that be buffalo on surfboards or a new form of extreme sport where they launch you onto a herd of fast moving and quite likely pissed off giant herbivores and see how long you survive by skittering across their backs? :0 !!!
