What would be ideal is to find someone in the new location whose sleep schedule already matches your own. [info]rampling, for example, sleeps from about 3 am to noon, Pacific Time, so she could easily visit someone who lives in Hawaii. ;)
True! But that only works if that's someone you want to hang out with _and_ you don't want to see anyone else during that time, as I'd suspect (?) that it takes longer to adjust if one doesn't force one's self to do so.
