"Curiosity did not kill the cat," reports John Olson in Free Stream Velocity, his book of prose poems. "Boredom killed the cat." Let that be your rallying cry in 2005, Libra. In the coming months you will have a sacred duty to elude all situations that make your eyes glaze over. To meet your dates with destiny, you must not tolerate BLAH or HO-HUM in any form. "Curiosity was born with the universe," Olson reminds you. "It redeems and is erotic."

This is just too funny! Especially when combined with having been wished lots of shiny things at some point. ;)

ha! HAHA!
Cats do not get bored.
They just make kitty mischief.
"Hm. I see no toys. Must climb up to the height of food bringers to find out where they hid them. Perhaps these curtains... Oh, look! They're playing chase with me! Hooray!"

*bursts out laughing* That was delightful. Thank you!

'Tis true, cats do not appear to get bored. But perhaps that's just because as soon as they _are_ bored, they die?

Perhaps actual boredom is such an unfathomable state that when it *actually* occurs, they don't have any clue what else to do!
