It's totally ok. And, since I'm gone on the other coast from Xmas till New Years, you have even more time! ;) (not that I'm in any rush, actually - so no rushing on my account!)

Or I could just mail you the recipe. It's easy.

I probably want the recipe anyway, actually, but I tend to be very poor at having enough initiative to cook anything ever. :)
