I believe (if memory serves me correctly) that The Blue Lemur is a dangerously unreliable source, which has previously posted left-interest scare stories based on less-than-fact. I'm not saying this one isn't true, just that I think it probably needs corroboration.

Noted! A quick google search gave lots of sites with this story, but I couldn't tell if they were all just pointing to this.

Also don't know what other sites are generally untrustworthy.

I listened to the Curtis Clinton interview on Air America, and I looked at the affidavit, and I read the followups at BradBlogToo, and it all sounds like krep to me. I think somebody's been reading too many John Grisham books.
