I'm assuming that you mean the camera part, not the fan part...

You'd need a tripod and a camera that allowed you to keep the shutter open for as long as you'd like. Then, it would depend on the camera.

Yeah. See, the only camara I have and use is a digital one - I don't think it can do that kind of thing. :)
