I dunno, this site feels at least partly tongue-in-cheek to me, simply because it is _so_ over the top. Thus, my amusement.

If you look closely you'll notice that the author of the site talks about having schizotypal personality disorder in part of it. That kind of over the top religious preoccupation is pretty typical of the disorder.

So, because the author has that particular disorder, it's entirely possible that the site's serious.
