Still sick

aelisdeliria took good care of me last night. She made yummy food (which she was already planning to do, I believe), made me tea because I wasn't entirely sure I could keep useful anti-being sick pills down (although I should have taken some before going to work today!), and scritched my head so I had a better chance of sleeping. *happy*

(of course, my sleep was plagued with uncomfortable and downright nightmareish dreams, none of which made any sense upon waking. *sigh* Stupid head cold)

At work a bit late today, after having taken some decongestants this morning in hopes of reducing my irritating dizziness/headache/nausea. It helped, some.

Now I try to convince my head to let me read well enough to do my work! (it's _weird_ reading this slowly, and having to re-read everything...)

Hey - I am sick now too. I think I am in the beginning stages of something similar to what you have. I know we have plans for tomorrow, but might we push them off a little longer?

I don't think I normally do. Or, perhaps, normally I have chest colds. I would imagine that it makes more sense to have weird dreams with head colds...

Disinfecting first would make me taste icky.

I don't seem to be getting as sick as often or for as long this year. I'm taking pretty much the same pills, so I think it must be that I'm less stressed now that I'm self-employed. Whatever, yay!

tasting icky: Well, yes... but I'm rather unlikely to be trying to taste you if I'm sick. It'd probably make you _smell_ icky, which is a bigger deal. ;)

Makes sense, since I suspect part of why I've gotten sick so damn _often_ this year is stress of various kinda.
