Self, when you're feeling dizzy and out of it, and spent entirely too much time in dry places (planes!), DRINK MORE WATER!

(still dizzy and out of it, but somewhat less so, now that I had lots to drink. Must refill my water bottle, though. And hope that my nausea lets me eat lunch)

Thank you for mentioning this. I was wondering why I felt a little strange. My various rituals are all messed up. I'm drinking more water now and I'm not feeling so differently odd. (I realize that just saying I felt odd would be asking for it.)

Yeah. Usually I make sure that I have enough water since I've had problems with impacted intestines before. Not being body aware is bad. I'm glad I've become much beter over the last fifteen years or so...

And yes, I _do_ think. Would we have as many conversations if I didn't?

My various rituals are all messed up.

Which makes sense. How do you tend to get enough water on weekends, though?

Two days of not getting much water is okay. Four days of it is rather bad...

Ah... yes, that would be!

Water is one of those things I try real hard to get enough of... I think probably 95% of the people I know don't get enough, and end up repeatedly dehydrated without even knowing it.

You, at least, noticed. Good girl. *scritches*

I tend to be sufficiently awake of water intake after having had a kidney stone. It is, however, more difficult to tell what's going on when multiple things are going on!

Then again, so is this cold. ;)
