[scheduling] Arisia, APC

Apparently I get to miss next year's Arisia, because I am _not_ missing two APCs in a row for scheduling conflict reasons. Meh.

On the plus side, it makes January much less busy!

(I'm mildly amused. I'm missing the next Lefton-Siber party because I'll be in Seattle, and now I'm missing Arisia next year because I'll be in Baltimore. Not feeling very local, am I? ;)

Well heck. We tried to schedule apc12 so it would NOT conflict with Arisia. (Yes, I see the comment about a date change for Arisia.)

It might be worthwhile to check what it would cost to have that contract adjusted. One slow weekend may be as good as the next, to them.

*pout* To many fun things to do. I went to the fist 3-4 Arisia's and have not had the oportunity to get back for a few years. Life is busy. Now I want to go to APC too.

I'm running a large SCA event the weekend after Arisia and APC and I just can't justify taking the time for either one this year. The hotel for our event almost caused us to conflict with the original Arisia date till I worked it out. One of the potential alternative dates was the weekend Arisia is now going to be. That would have been annoying if we'd chosen that weekend for the SCA event too.

Me, too. The summer ones are much easier on me than the hot foods one, since there's more space. Ah, well.
