wispfoxIf I minded people drooling in my general direction, I would not wear the clothing I wear. Apologizing for a compliment is silly.
Interview today went well. Still need to chat with HR, though, so we shall see.
I said, while working at my last job, that I would dye my hair purple the next time I was unemployed. Apparently I get to do this, now. Preferably without jeopardizing my ability to obtain a job. This should be interesting.

Date: 2003-06-30 06:39 am (UTC)And I understand that people don't want to be seen as harrassing, but I don't think that a compliment - simply a compliment, nothing more - *is* harrassing. And preceeding a compliment with an apology just seems... strange.
And yes - I realize that it's at least partly cultural, that people don't want to be seen as offensive, and all that... *shrug*
