wispfoxI have had the least cramps this month than _ever_. It's nice, but kinda strange. Certainly wonder why!
And... I had my first performance review _ever_, this week. Was neat, and went well. 'Tis strange (but not unexpected) that my bosses have always seemed to think higher of my performance than I do.

Date: 2004-06-18 05:14 pm (UTC)Ya know, I have found that with with the best employees I've ever had, they had this same quality - that is, they didn't feel like they were performing as highly as they were being evaluated. I've always taken this as a good sign - it's indicative that they know that there are always things that can be improved. It's the folks that think that they are awesome that you have to watch out for (since they usually aren't).
