Today's Freefall amused me, esp with my comments last week about picante foods. :)

edit: Unrelatedly, today's Something Positive is trying to kill me from laughing too hard.

I do believe it might actually be turing into Spring, light-wise.

Awake at 7am this morning, and actually got up without much effort. And I woke up every 3 hours all night last night, too.

Sun! And starting to slowly escape the constant state of being tired, maybe.

Now I just want warmer weather. ;)

People who offer me distraction, amusement, and much cuteness as sources of distraction are good. People who also listen to me being very confused about the reason for needing distraction are also good. (these two categories do overlap)

Now, I go back to doing work because I'm no longer intensely distracted by things I can do nothing about.

I just got earwormed by a bug report title. Bad, bad co-worker!

And, of course, after I poked the co-worker about it on IRC, everyone else paying attention to the channel in question started trying to earworm me. But! I had put on headphones and was listening to music as a method of innoculation (and as a way to get the first song out of my head). La!

(for someone who didn't start listening to the radio until the mid-90s, I know an awful lot of 80s music... I blame my older siblings)

Oh, goodie. My kitty has heart disease, apparently bad enough that he gets to be medicated daily, plus a baby aspirin every three days (yay for blood thinners!). He is probably able to safely get anesthesia now (although not as safely as if his heart were fine!), but as this is likely to continue to get worse, anything he needs done needs to be done sooner rather than later.

I get to go back in two weeks-ish to verify that the pills are doing what they are supposed to be doing.

*sigh*

I really would like a different day.

Need to remember to purchase baby aspirin tomorrow.

I really hope that I can convince/teach (it's not terribly difficult, as I learned tonight) potential cat sitters to pill my cat every day, or I'm not going to be traveling.
