Not at work today. Going to work yesterday was _stupid_, as I ended up only staying for 1.5 hours.

Slept off and on for 20 hours. Got up to get perscriptions that my doc called in to a pharmacy nearby. I love having a doctor who believes that I know what I'm talking about, and didn't make me come in for an appointment (since I'm unconvinced that I'm safe to drive). On the plus side, the nausea seems to have stopped. The exhaustion and dizzy have not, though.

Shall try to work from home today, athough I doubt I have enough stamina to do so, and doubt I'm alert enough to figure out why things aren't working.

Nap now. I cannot believe I want a nap when I've only been up for an hour! *grumpy* I don't get and stay this sick for this long, usually, which is why I tried to go to work yesterday. Meh.

I approve strongly of:

-_The Last Unicorn_ on DVD. It's _frustrating_ to be too exhausted/dizzy to read, but have a body which refuses to let one sleep any longer.

-Doctors who prescribe things for me without having to go in to see her (because dizzy and exhausted do _not_ a safe driver make), and who call them in to a pharmacy I could walk to this morning, even while dizzy.

-Antihistamines, even if I'm not sure I can spell them. I'm not dizzy, for the first time in... two-ish days! Still tired, though.

And I feel really badly for having given the evil sickness to [livejournal.com profile] aelisdeliria. This is apparently a _really_ fast transmission/incubation rate illness, since I wasn't home until Monday around noon! Does almost certainly mean I got it on the plane ride home, though.
