I was not out in it, exactly, but I _was_ driving home in it! Oh, the flashes of lightning bright enough to light the sky, and the _pouring_ rain. Sadly, it was almost entirely done (I think it was moving south) when I got home. No getting completely drenched for me!

But! Energy! It's been a while since I was this up!

Too bad there's no one here to pounce. *feral grin*

*sneak* *sneak* *sneak* *sneak* *POUNCE!*

(I'm sure it'll be gone soon, I can feel it leaving as I type. But! Energy. :)

(I'm also highly amused by the variety of surprised responses to my being at Diesel tonight. ;)

OK, that does it. 8->

I say to you again : there are *many* summer thunderstorms in Melbourne. And, if I may be so bold, a suitable candidate for the pouncing.

there are also *ahem* thunderstorms >here<. and i do believe that the candidate would be just as suitable in andover.

but, i am biased, as i haven't yet met you and am wanting to.

Oh, I intend that there be much pouncing in both locations.

(I wanted to type that as "much pounding in both locations", which is very different.)

And yes, I'm planning on being there next month. So, likewise!

*grins* Yes, there are. But I want thunderstorms _here_! (besides - there is time for me to eventually visit you there. ;)

The feral kitty is the cutest thing ever! And, I'm glad I'm not the only one who reacts to thunderstorms that way.

Feral kitty!!!!

Ehem. Yes. :) I agree.

Thunderstorms = energy, lots of it. If there are suitable people nearby, the energy can _easily_ go sexual, but it doesn't have to.

hmmm, thunder storms :)

i was noting last nite while walking in the warm warm rain that little would make it better, except for walking naked in the rain, with warm squishy mud in the toes :)

Yeah, it was a fun ride home in the thunderstorm. Very refreshing, right up to the point where I got off the bike and my boots went *squish*. Hopefully they are dry by morning!

*pounce!*

*grins* Wet boots, icky! (and I suspect not dry by morning, if they are like most boots)

But! Fun storm. ;)

Oh. You seemed entirely natural and unsurprising to me at the Diesel. Do you not show up there very often?

(Yay thunderstorms! Yay sound of rain! Makes me want to put up tin awnings.)

Going to Diesel is not something I do regularly, no. Esp on Tuesday night, since it's the middle of the week.

Once I got home from the T station, I looked like the kitten pulled from the well. The thunderiness wasn't active while I was out in it, so it was more like taking a cold shower in my work clothes. Bleah!

It was good to see you there at the Diesel - I've been nearly every Tuesday since the new year (yes, I like patterned behavior), and this was the first time I'd ever seen you there to my recall. However, I didn't know you back at the start of the year, so I could've missed you then.

Fairly sure I've gone since beginning of year, but I have not been since the weather has improved. It tends to take me a bit to realize that I'm in a good enough mental/emotional state to start going again. It will never be a regular thing for me, as I'm simply too far away, and it's not a strong enough draw.

and it's not a strong enough draw.

Well, I'll have to see what I can do about that. I would just need to construct some sort of [livejournal.com profile] wispfox attracting bio-magnet. Hrmmmm...

*chuckle* Good luck!

It's a large crowd. It's highly unlikely to change to becoming a strong draw for me. ;)
