Specifically, all the setup shots are real, but the final animations on each segment are CGI.
I'm not very impressed with Samsung for this. Sony did a fantastic job with their Bravia series of ads, and while there may have been some CGI involved for touch-ups, as far as I can tell the really visually awesome stuff *actually happened*, such as dumping a giant load of superballs down a San Francisco street or blowing paint bombs off an apartment building.
