plants, garden, work, school

There are a couple of native plants in our yard, now.
There are very few dandelions, for lo I am fierce against plants which should not be in my space. Or which are being overly invasive. There is very little poison ivy left, for similar reasons (there is some because it's _under the porch_ and hard to get to the source). Reminds me of when I helped
regyt pick cherries and ended up helping to reduce the amount of wisteria on the cherry tree. Fierce!
I'm pleased to have so much time to get things done during. Not solely because I am not working, although that is certainly a _huge_ time sink, but because of getting up earlier. Not working is also very nice on my stress levels. I do need to ping schools about the state of my wait-listness, though!
I miss the co-workers I worked closely with. I do not at _all_ miss the work I did. It was true that I stayed as long as I did not only because I was saving up, but because I liked my co-workers. And it's very strange to no longer see people I saw nearly every day.
I spend a _lot_ less time on the computer now, not shockingly.
